The aim of PULL IT OFF is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on pullitoff.it. The products to be returned must be delivered to a courier / service within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by shipping the package via a courier / service only after completing the FORM (download here). However, it is not possible to change the chosen product with another.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

A. The return form must be correctly completed and sent to Pull It Off within 14 working days from the delivery date. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by email to the address orders@pullitoff.it.

B. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

C. The products must be returned in their original packaging;

D. The products must be in a condition that they can be put back on sale.

The costs for shipping the product to be returned are borne by the buyer, you can choose the shipping method you prefer as long as the package is carefully packed, we do not take responsibility for any delays or loss by the courier / service chosen to return the product.

Once the package has arrived at the headquarters, we will check that all the above conditions have been met, after which we will issue a refund equal to the original order amount net, if any, of the return shipping costs. The whole procedure will be completed within 3 working days.

If you have chosen to pay with Paypal, the refund will be made using the same payment method, if you have paid using the balance of your Paypal account, the credit is immediate, in the case of payment by credit card, the credit times depend on your institution banking (up to 10 days).
